Self Adhesive Insulation Hangers

Warmlock self adhesive insulation hangers, also known as self stick insulation hangers, are manufactured to affix insulation wool or foam on surface of metal, wood, concrete, composite material, or any other common material seen in industries of construction, manufacturing etc.. and applied a lot in HVAC duct lining, air ducts, metal buildings or wood ones or concrete ones, and usually go with rock wool, mineral wool, glass wool, ceramic wool, phenolic foam, etc..

Warmlock self adhesive insulation hangers are with a large square base, that is specified in dimensions of 50 x 50 mm as standard and in 1mm thickness. A larger base is made to enhance the bonding strength by enlarging the bonding area. The sticker adhesive to the base makes it simple and easy to install Warmlock self adhesive insulation pins, just peel off and stick on. The base of Warmlock self adhesive insulation pins are manufactured of stainless steel or galvanized steel as the majority. And the pins are of aluminum, stainless steel or galvanized steel, and in 12 gauge (2.7mm) generally with a length range from 1.2 inches (30mm) to 8 inches (205mm).
