Round Base Steel Insulation Lacing Anchors With Pin

Stainless / galvanized / mild steel insulation lacing anchors are popular insulation fasteners used widely in the fabrication of insulation jackets especially the removable or reusable insulation jackets, insulation covers or blankets, that usually consist of three major layers, a facing layer of coated glass fabric, a liner and a core layer of fiber felt or mat as the insulation filler. The lacing hook pins pierce through all three layers with anchors remained on the facing side, then a lacing tie wire hitch up these hooks to fasten and fix the insulation jackets on the heating equipments or others to be insulated. The pinpoints on the liner side are bent over with pinpoints hided into the insulation layer, after the pins get locked with Warmlock self-locking washers, to avoid scratching the operating persons or equipments to be insulated.
